A billion gallons of sludge covered 300 acres, and spilled into the Clinch River and the Tennessee River beginning Monday Dec. 22, 2008. Coal plants in the US produce 129 million tons of fly ash per year. Solar and wind farms produce zero grams of solid waste per year. Offshore wind farms produce artificial reefs, which are good for the environment.

The same messages can be communicated by signalling the letter "K" in Morse code via signal lamp. (While a proper signal lamp may be ideal, a flashlight, probably best employing red LEDs, will certainly fit the bill).
In Morse, the letter "K" is represent as Dash - Dot -- Dash.
The ICS also has a subset, the Medical Signal Code, which uses three-character phrases to communicate brief medical messages.
