The writers, editors and people who work behind the scenes at Popular Logistics are available to speak to your group, to offer consulting services, and to advocate for causes we understand and support.
Talks include:
- Beyond Fuel: A Sustainable Energy Paradigm for the 21st Century, and beyond
- Solar Schools Save Money
- Sustainable Investing: Value Investing with Your Heart and Mind
We are willing to travel. All speakers offer the facts as known and their opinions – none speak for “Popular Logistics” because Popular Logistics is simply an unincorporated entity which provides a forum for our letting our understanding known.
While there are real people thinking about issues and events and publishing their thoughts on the Popular Logistics website, including Lawrence J Furman, pictured at left, and Jonathan Soroko, Popular Logistics is not a 501.3 (c), in fact is an unincorporated entity. Popular Logistics is neither an artificial person, nor a real person. It is, as noted, simply a web-site. The site does not have the right to free speech. The persons who think, write, and use the site for a platform, do have the right to free speech.
If this is at odds with a recent decision by the Supreme Court of the United States, it illustrates a principle explicit in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution – that all are created equal. A citizen may stand to correct the decision of another citizen, even if the citizens who stand to be corrected include a the majority of the Justices of the Supreme Court.
