Reports of serious omissions into the 1986 shooting, ruled an accident, in which Amy Bishop is believed to have killed her brother.
- An eleven-day pause between the shooting and witness interviews with family members;
- A failure to order a ballistic reconstructions;
- Non-family member witnesses may have been interviewed in a cursory manner with no follow-up;
- There’s no indication thus far that a grand jury proceeding or coroner’s inquest was held.
