Bamboo: Textiles, Building Materials, and Carbon Sequestration

With apologies to The Bard,

Bamboo or no bamboo? That is the question. Whether tis logical to plant bamboo across America? For tis an evasive species with no natural predators, or to plant hemp, other grasses, and hardwoods and to do so as a means to natural sustainable carbon sequestration.

To place plants, to literally green the bio-humano-sphere, to create new habitat and pull carbon dioxide out of the air. And how much of the dioxide of carbon can we pull per year?

How much does bamboo grow in its first year? And hemp? Which grows faster? I think bamboo.
How much CO2 does bamboo pull out the air in a year? 2 years? 3 years? Per stalk? For 1,000 stalks, 1,000,000 stalks? 10 Million?
How many bamboo stalks can grow in an acre?
How many board feet of sustainable flooring, or square feet of sustainable fabric can be harvested per year?
And of hemp, the same questions.
And
What is the lead time before harvest?
What are the energy costs for harvest and processing?
